There is one payment point, and it is optional. £TBC, only if you choose to progress to Outreach. Everything before it is free, and stopping there is a real choice rather than a dead end.
After it, the decisions are still yours. iMPACT contacts matched candidates once and asks whether they are interested. You decide who to take to interview and who to hire. It does not interview, assess or select.
You can move back at any point, and nothing you have seen is taken away when you do. The line is here to be inspected, not walked down once.
