Why we built iMPACT
We've always believed the best hires aren't always the people actively applying. They're often the people already doing well where they are, who'd move for the right thing but aren't scrolling job boards to find it.
Who is behind it
Twelve years of doing this properly
iMPACT is built and run by iMultiply Resourcing Ltd, an established Accountancy & Finance recruitment specialist in Scotland. That is not a footnote, it is the reason this is worth your time at all.
What people come to iMultiply for is a particular way of working: knowing the market properly rather than searching it, telling you what we actually think, treating candidates as people we expect to still know in ten years. Trust, respect and friendly expertise, earned slowly and not worth spending carelessly.
iMPACT is that same practice, made faster to try. It is not a separate business, a side venture, or a platform wearing our name.
Who built it
Not built by a software company
iMPACT was designed, built and launched end to end by one of iMultiply's own recruiters, not outsourced to a development agency and not bought off a shelf.
That matters more than it might sound. Software built at arm's length from the work encodes what a developer assumed recruitment is like. This was built by someone who has spent seven years placing Accountancy & Finance professionals in Scotland, who still covers delivery for the team, and who therefore knew which corners could not be cut before writing a line of it.
So iMultiply's way of working is not something we bolted on afterwards. The candidate's consent sitting ahead of the employer's convenience, the refusal to promise outcomes we cannot control, the honesty about what the matching does and does not see: those are in the design because the person designing it would have to answer for them.
When you use iMPACT, you are getting the integrity, values and quality of service you would get from any of us. It is the same firm, working the same way.

What iMPACT is for
The trouble with advertising a role is that it relies on who chooses to apply, not who's actually right for it. So we built iMPACT to close that gap: it brings together iMultiply's specialist Accountancy & Finance candidate network with a matching process that surfaces relevant people whether they're actively looking or not.
It also means you don't have to commit to a full recruitment engagement just to find out whether relevant candidates exist. You see your matches first, for free, and only choose to pay if it looks worth pursuing.
That's not us cutting corners on quality. It's the same approach iMultiply has always worked to, applied to how you get to test the market before you commit.

What we won't pretend
iMPACT itself is new. We're in prototype testing, so there's no long list of case studies or client results yet: what there is instead is an honest description of how it works, a real specialist network behind it, and a straightforward answer whenever you ask what it can't do.
We won't tell you iMPACT guarantees a hire, a response, or even an interview. It's built to give you speed, structure and visibility into candidate interest, not a promise about the outcome.
