You review anonymised matched profiles and matching notes before deciding whether to pay for Outreach. The quality check happens before you spend anything.

No. iMPACT uses technology to support search, matching and generating your list of matches. You decide who to interview and who to hire, always.

Details are revealed in stages. At Search & Match, you see anonymised references and matching notes only. If a candidate confirms interest, you can see their name, CV and matching information. Email and mobile numbers are only shown once you choose to progress that candidate to interview.

If you need full recruitment support, a consultant-led process may be the better route: contact iMultiply directly. iMPACT is for employers who want a faster, lower-friction way to test candidate interest first.

Candidate interest can't be guaranteed. If your role gets 0 or 1 interested candidates, we treat that as Low Interest Received rather than a failure: it's still useful market feedback, and it may point to something about the role, salary, location or timing worth reviewing. iMPACT monitors response levels and may get in touch to discuss sensible next steps.

You're not paying a hire fee. You're paying to activate Outreach to your matched candidates after you've already seen your matches, which is a lower-commitment way to test real interest than a full recruitment engagement.

28 calendar days from when Outreach starts. After that, candidate contact details and CV access are removed from your portal.
