Why am I hearing from you?
Most people don't move jobs because they were out there actively looking. They just happened to hear about the right thing at the right time. That's really what iMPACT is: our way of noticing when a role fits someone we already know, even if you haven't told us you're open to it.
You're not on some public jobs list. You're in iMultiply's own network, and this one role looked relevant enough to flag to you.
What happens next
Your options, and what each one does
What happens if I say yes?
We'll put together a tailored version of your CV and share it (and only it, at this point) with the employer. You'll get a copy too, so you can see exactly what's gone over before anyone else does. The employer can see your name, your CV and the matching notes. Your email and mobile stay hidden until they decide to progress you to interview.
What happens if I'm not interested?
Just say so, or don't respond at all. Either way, nothing else happens. You can share a reason if you want to (totally optional, and anonymous), but you don't have to. Saying no to one role doesn't take you out of the running for future ones.
What if I do nothing?
That's fine too. If you don't respond within 14 days, we'll treat it as no response for that role and move on. No chasing emails, no texts.
Can I stop getting these?
Yes, any time. Opting out of iMPACT emails won't unsubscribe you from everything else iMultiply sends, just this. And if you change your mind later, just get in touch.
Is this even real?
Yes. iMultiply is a real Accountancy & Finance recruitment consultancy in Scotland, and iMPACT is our own way of doing what we've always done (keeping an eye out for the right person, not just the right applicant) a bit more efficiently.

Is AI deciding anything about me?
No. Technology helps with the matching and the summarising, but whether a role is interesting is entirely your call, and who gets interviewed is entirely the employer's.
Do I need to update anything?
Only if you want to. Keeping your CV and details current just means future matches are more likely to be relevant.
