iMPACT's automated matching is purpose-built for full-time, permanent roles across our Scotland Accountancy & Finance network. Part-time and interim roles depend on live availability and work-pattern detail that changes candidate to candidate, and our automated system isn't yet built to weigh that. Our consultants handle roles like these all the time and know exactly how to approach them, so for now we'd rather have a proper conversation than let an automated match guess.
